Hacking Unauthorized Access

Under new cyber crime and computer laws, a person convicted of computer hacking, virus writing, and computer worm development could get 20 years to life in prison.

Sometimes out of curiosity, Internet website visitors may exceed the access authorized to them under their website access login and under the website’s terms of use.
